Из простой мойки в мсо

Доброе день. Подскажите, пожалуйста. Имеется автомойка на 6 постов. 300+ кв.м. Задумался переделать в мсо. Здание кирпичное. Имеет ли смысл? И примерная цена. Заранее благодарен.
